The 1.5" Rule
If you plan to keep your factory upper control arms, stay at 1.5 inches of front lift or under. Beyond that height, the factory UCA runs out of travel and geometry goes sideways: accelerated ball joint wear, alignment drift, and uneven tire wear. Every kit we sell is designed around this threshold.

The PRO-4X comes from the factory with Bilstein shocks, a different spring rate, and electronic locking rear diff. Our PRO-4X 1.5" kit is purpose-built for the factory Bilsteins using our springs and fine-tuning spacers. Don't run a kit designed for base-model coilovers on a PRO-4X.

Cam Bolts for Alignment
After installing a lift, the factory alignment adjustment range is usually maxed out. SPC cam bolts restore enough range to align to factory spec. We recommend them with every lift kit install. ~$65, saves you hundreds in tire wear.
Recommended Add-OnBrake Line Brackets
When running extended-length rear shocks, brake lines can stretch beyond safe limits during full droop. Our brake line bracket extensions relocate the hard-line mount point to maintain proper slack. This is a safety item. We curate every kit to include the right brackets when applicable.

We're one of the only shops that manufactures bump stop extensions for the D41. They limit max compression travel to protect your suspension components at full articulation. Truly engineered for this platform, not a generic fit. Simple bolt-on install.

OEM manufacturers like Ford and Chevy use lift blocks to raise the rear of their trucks from the factory. We follow the same methodology. Blocks are the simplest path to level your truck. For heavier loads (bed rack, camper, gear), upgraded leaf springs from ARB handle the weight without sagging.

At 1.5" of lift, most 33" (285/70R17) tires clear without rubbing. At 2" with UCAs, 33s are comfortable with room to spare. Going to 34" or larger? Talk to us first about fender trimming and offset requirements.
