Returns

We accept returns within 45 days for any reason. Simply reach out, let us know and we will get a shipping label over to you. If your item was freighted please contact us for arranging pickup freight. There may be return freight fees for returned freight items.

Warranty

We warranty products manufactured by us for the life of the product against defects and failures. This warranty covers the functional integrity of the product under off-road use conditions.

We take pride in our Trail Tested regimen for all brands we partner with. Because of this we have confidence in the quality and warranties our partners provide. For products not manufactured by Bushmaster 4x4, we work with the manufacturer to take care of the warranty replacement for you. Just send an email to orders@bushmaster4x4.com to get the process started.

We have built our inventory systems with our warehouse and vendors to ensure you can rely on our predicted ship dates listed.

By creating an account you can view all your past orders and the current status of them. Additionally, we have an order tracker at the top of the website. You will receive an order confirmation email along with a shipment confirmation that contains your tracking number.

Trail Tested is a concept we hold dear to how we choose what to sell on our site. If you see a Trail Tested badge on a product, it means we have put countless hours in off-road trails with the product to ensure it meets our strict expecations for quality and will meet or exceed your expectations. Products sold on our site without a Trail Tested badge are scheduled for testing however, the brands selling them have passed our quality tests to be sold without an explicit test yet.
